According to the YouTube description of this video, this guy was involved in a chemical explosion back in 1978. He hasn't been able to see since then.
Through some marvel of modern medicine, his sight was miraculously restored.
In this video, his bandages are being removed, allowing him to see his children and his wife for the first time in 35 years!
We just wish they had let the video roll a little bit further!
