For the second time in as many weeks, reckless drivers doing donuts have disrupted New Orleans traffic.

According to a video posted by WWL-TV, the smoke-heavy stunt was captured by an eyewitness who sat in standstill traffic as the reckless driver's antics brought traffic to a halt near the Louisa split in New Orleans.

A witness told WWL-TV a green vehicle with black stripes started doing donuts on the shoulder of the interstate and then took over the entire highway when traffic came to a halt.

The report goes on to say that the driver went round and round in circles for at least a full minute before speeding off.

Almost instantly, reactions began to pour in on Twitter.

While some people tried to chalk it up to Mardi Gras, others have pointed out the issue happens more often than people realize—it just happened to get caught on dashcam this time around.

Many were quick to bring up the incident from last week where drivers were doing donuts near the central business district of New Orleans. According to numerous reports, guns were allegedly drawn when people tried to step in to stop the madness.

Either way, let this be a lesson to always be alert when driving no matter where you are. You never know what might be going down on the road ahead.
