Dan Harmon created the sleeper hit show Community. He was then cast out of his position as show runner after the third season. It looks like NBC actually went where no one thought they would and asked Harmon to come back as show runner...and he accepted! Check out his funny quips when talking about it. Also, he hasn't even watched season 4 of his own show. Oooooo!!!

He confirmed he is indeed returning as the series' showrunner, working alongside newly-appointed co-showrunner Chris McKenna, whom Harmon reportedly called "the hands-down best writer of all the seasons." They're now looking for any "midlevel writer who doesn't work forParks and Rec" to fill out their staff, but first he apparently has to figure out what's going on his show. "I have not seen the fourth season yet," Harmon told the crowd. "I swear to God."

Thankfully, when Harmon finally does get around to catching up on season four, we may well get to hear his appreciation or, more likely, drunken rage over what's happened to the show he created. "Sony said they're very interested in recording me watching it as a commentary track," he offered. "I think I can do anything. It would move season four DVDs, for sure. But I'll be checking it out soon, and then I'll figure out what we're doing for season five."

Are you glad that Dan Harmon is coming back to run the show he created?
