Did this dad really catch a ghost on video pushing a swing at a playground?

The guy in the video says that his kids are too scared to go back on the playground after they see a swing swinging by itself. He makes note of the other swings right next to it not moving, and says that there isn't any wind there at the moment. He also videos around the area to show that there's no one in sight.
