‘#COWARDS’ Billboard Slams Boston Marathon Bombers [Photo]

Local 103 is the Boston chapter of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. They set up the billboard that reads '#COWARDS', to send a message to the Boston Marathon Bombers.
