Breaux Bridge Man Charged In 2002 ‘Cold Case’ Murder

In 2002, a man was found shot to death in St. Martin Parish. The case went cold...until recently that is. A Breaux Bridge man has been charged.

The case was cold, so the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office asked the State Police to get involved in 2012, with the murder of Scott Latiolais on March 28, 2002.

They found enough evidence to charge Marshall Alexander, Jr. in the killing. He's being charged with second degree murder.
