Leading up to Awolnation's set at New Orleans' Voodoo Music + Art Experience on Oct. 27, 2012, there was a lot of buzz amongst concertgoers. While thousands of fans were dying to see Metallica headline the second night of the festival, it seemed like everyone had high expectations for the electronic rockers based out of Los Angeles.

As if concert organizers knew the anticipation that preceded Awolnation, fans got an extra treat right before the band took the stage. Introducing Awolnation was none other than NBA first-round draft pick Anthony Davis, who will be kicking off his first professional season with the New Orleans Hornets later this year. Calling them "the best band ever," Davis did his job and laid the foundation for what was to come with Awolnation. The crowd was ready to rock.

As Awolnation came out on-stage, lead singer Aaron Bruno told the audience, "We came here to lose our f---ing minds." With that, they tore into 'Guilty Filthy Soul' from 2011's 'Megalithic Symphony.' In a set that included songs like 'Wake Up,' 'Jump On My Shoulders' and the hit, 'Sail,' Awolnation did everything they could to make the last show of their 'Let Your Fear Decide Your Fate Tour' one fans won't soon forget.
