Account Set up for Shunick Family

The generosity of Acadiana has been evident throughout the trying times we've had in the past, and especially lately with people losing so much due to the severe flooding last week.

The family of Mickey Shunick has felt Acadiana's blessings before, and they, like thousands of others around the area, lost so much in last week's flood. A Go Fund Me account has been set up for them to help with rebuilding their lives, again.

When I saw this, I was curious as to how many others around Acadiana have Go Fund Me accounts set up, and was shocked to see that just in Lafayette it is almost 3,000.
