A Clown Named ‘Gags’ Has A Wisconsin Town In A Tizzy

Citizens of Green Bay, Wisconsin are on edge after a clown known as Gags was spotted on the streets of the city.

Gags was first spotted on Monday at around 2am holding black balloons, and looking like he/she walked straight out of your nightmares. There's even a Facebook page setup for any future sightings.

It's still unclear how Gags got the name, which adds to the mystery.

Some rumors are stirring in the comments section of the Facebook page that Gags was literally filming a horror movie. Even if that is the case, residents aren't any less concerned.

Multiple calls have been made to police about the sighting of Gags, but there's not much they can do about it.

Green Bay Police Department Capt. Kevin Wary told WGBA, “A person can walk down the sidewalk dressed however they want. As long as they’re in a place where they legally can be and they’re not in a place that has a closing time, like a park, they can be there," Wary said. "And dressed however they want.”
