UPDATE: 8-Year-Old Missing From Girard Park Has Been Found

UPDATE FROM KATC: The missing child from Lafayette, Christian Thibodeaux, has been found in good condition, according to Lafayette Police.

An 8 year old boy walked away from a camp he was attending at Girard Park at 10:30 this morning, and hasn't been seen since.

KATC reports:

Lafayette Police are searching for a missing 8-year-old who left a camp he was attending at Girard Park. Police say he took off on his own around 10:30 a.m., and he hasn't been seen since. His name is Christian Thibodeaux, and we're told he was wearing a red shirt. We're working on getting a picture of Christian.
