19-Year Old Scott Man Is Accused Of Shooting A Cat With A Crossbow

A 19-year old man from Scott is behind bars in the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center for shooting a cat with a crossbow.

Police say 19-year-old Seth Hebert shot the feline in an attempt to get rid of an excessive amount of cats near his property. Hebert has been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. He is being held in the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center. Bond has not been set.
