Yousef Balbeisi Of Zeus Cafe Shot In Early Morning Lafayette Home Invasion

The name of the victim of an early morning home invasion here in the Hub City has been released. It has been confirmed that Yousef Balbeisi, one of the owners of the Zeus chain of restaurants in Lafayette, was shot around 5am this morning. Balbiesi engaged a person who broke into his Mimosa Place home, and was shot by the assailant. He is listed in critical condition by a local hospital.
