You Could Win Free Coors Light During the Coronavirus Pandemic

OK, fellow Louisianians, this is important. We could win FREE BEER. I know the WHO has warned us of the potential risks of drinking as a coping tactic with our current times, but I strongly disagree. Casual drinking and enjoying a cold beer on the patio might be just what the doctor ordered.  Coors Light has decided to help a brother and a sister out. Coors Light has decided to give away 500,000 beers to the people of America!

You may remember the super-cute pic of 93-year-old Olive Veronesi that went viral earlier this month. She was photographed holding a can of Coors Light and a sign that read, “I need more beer!!”  Well, Coors Light delivered 150 beers to her while she was stuck at home because of the coronavirus pandemic. Needless to say, Ms. Olive was very happy. Coors Light has now decided to make others happy too, by giving away 500,000 beers through an initiative called America #CouldUseABeer.

It’s very easy to get in on this action. All you have to do is visit @CoorsLight on Twitter and use the prompt in their tweet. All Coors Light wants from you is WHO deserves the beer and why. It could be a family member, a friend, someone you know who is working the front line, or even YOURSELF. The person, if chosen, will receive a rebate for one free six-pack of Coors Light to be used on purchases between April 28th and June 1st, 2020. Coors will cover receipts submitted by June 15th or until $1,000,000 in redemptions are claimed. (Whichever comes first.)
