This had to be a bit scary.

A woman had to call 911 and get help to her after she got stuck on an inversion table in a gym.

Having been on one of these I will defend the woman here and say that if you aren't familiar with this machine, it can be difficult to get back right side up.

Christine Faulds was in the gym at 3 am when she got stuck on this machine, which is designed to help stretch your back.

The person who was with her was in another room lifting weights and they could not hear her calling for help.

Therefore, Christine decided to use her smartwatch and call 911 for help.

As you'll see here, a police officer did arrive and with a gentle push on the machine, Christine was able to get back up.

The incident lasted nearly 12 minutes, which must have felt like an eternity, and she reportedly had a headache after this mishap and was a bit dizzy.

If you take anything from this story, if you ever use an inversion table, have someone standing by in the event you need their assistance.

Here are the videos from the gym that Christine posted herself on social media.
