Woman In Labor Walks Stage To Get Degree At LSUA Graduation

At LSUA's recent graduation ceremony, one student went into active labor, but that wasn't about to stop her from walking across the stage and getting her degree!

The Daily Advertiser reports 31-year-old Anshonarial Greenhouse was at her graduation ceremony when her baby decided he was tired of waiting. Greenhouse went into active labor, but nothing was going to stop her from walking that stage and getting her degree she had worked so hard for.

With a little help, Greenhouse indeed walked the stage and earned her bachelor’s in business administration, with a concentration in accounting.

She gave birth to her son Zaire this past Saturday.
