The New Orleans Saints have made a surprise move in trading up in the 2018 NFL Draft. They've made a trade with the Green Bay Packers to move up to number 14 overall.

What did the Saints have to give up? They gave up their 27th overall pick this year, a 2018 5th-round pick (147th), and their 2019 1st-round pick.

With the 14th pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints have selected Marcus Davenport, defensive end out of the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Davenport played four years at UTSA where he accumulated 185 total tackles, 37.5 tackles for loss, and 21.5 sacks. Last year was his most productive year when he recorded 8.5 sacks.

The Saints have been searching for a running mate to go alongside Cameron Jordan for a while now, with giving up next years 1st-round pick they better hope he's that guy.
