What I Need – Custom Calvin and Hobbes Sneakers [Pics]

I love Calvin and Hobbes. I still have the (dog-ear'd, faded, worn-thin) books from when I was growing up, and I'm really pumped that my 8 year old has taken a liking to the boy and his tiger too. So when I saw these shoes, my first thought was "Christmas present for me!"

These shoes were created by etsy artist Aaron (cool name!) Nason, and are available for $40. I wonder if he has a lay-away plan? I need a pair. Bad. Talk about some pumped up kicks!
