Cage the Elephant's drummer recently had to quickly take some time off, leaving the band a bit stranded. They didn't want to cancel shows since they were opening for the Foo Fighters, but they found themselves suddenly without a percussion section. So Dave Grohl, being the caring guy he is (and a hell of a drummer to boot), decided to help out.
