If you a Android user, you have probably been impatient that Vine, the video app for Twitter, was only available for iPhone users only. Starting today, Vine is now available for Android!
Video clips created with Vine have a maximum length of 6 seconds and can be shared or embedded on social networking services such as Twitter and Facebook.
