Multiple Lanes Closed After Truck Spills Alfredo Sauce on Interstate [VIDEO]

What a mess.

Multiple lanes were closed on I-55 in Memphis, TN after a truck spilled Alfredo sauce across several lanes.

As you can see here, the interstate was covered in sauce, thus forcing some vehicles to use the shoulder of the interstate to bypass the spill.

Those driving past the spill say that you could smell it as they drove past the wreck.

The truck transporting the sauce reportedly hit a retaining wall. One person was injured in the accident, but her injuries were not life-threatening.
