The National Hurricane Center has just released new information concerning Tropical Storm Harvey, saying they expect the storm to strengthen to a "Major hurricane". A "Major hurricane" means Category 3 with winds of at least 111 mph or higher according to the National Hurricane Center.

Hurricane Harvey is still projected to hit to Texas coast Friday evening around 7 pm at a possible cat 3 storm.

The National Hurricane Center tells CNN "Harvey is likely to bring multiple hazards, including heavy rainfall, storm surge, and possible hurricane conditions to portions of the Texas coast beginning on Friday."
