If you've been around this area your whole life, you know what a Cajun is. You know that there is a very real difference between a Cajun and someone from New Orleans, or even Baton Rouge. Unfortunately, there is a tendency in the rest of the country to group everyone in South Louisiana into one huge melting pot and call everyone "Cajun." Not cool. Allen Clements aims to change that.
