When we first saw the recipe for "boudin dip", many Cajuns, including myself, were left scratching our heads.

Someone online (presumably up "north") decided to make a shrimp dip, without some of the key ingredients of gumbo, and call it a gumbo dip.

This talkin' link o' boudin ain't having none of that.

What are other "Cajun" dishes that northerners try to present that get under your skin?
