The Lone Ranger

A few months ago, we showed you the first picture of Johnny Depp as Tonto in the upcoming film 'The Lone Ranger'. Today, the teaser trailer for it was released and we have it here. It stars Armie Hammer as the title character and Depp as Tonto. Watch the trailer here.

As we previously reported, Johnny Depp is playing Tonto in the updated movie version of The Lone Ranger. Apparently his portrayal is so appreciated by the Comanche Indian nation, they have officially adopted him into their tribe! Johnny Depp is playing the character of Tonto in Disney's upcoming remake of 'The Lone Ranger'. The projected release date of the movie is May 31st, 2013, so we will have to wait a little while for this one. 'Pirates of the Carribbean' director Gore Verbinski is helming the movie.
