Staind frontman Aaron Lewis delivered an onstage rant for the ages against a group of unruly concertgoers at Rockfest in Kansas City.

It's going to be one rocking spring, as the Rocklahoma Festival is the latest extravaganza to roll out a lineup for 2014. This year's event will find Five Finger Death Punch, Kid Rock, Staind, Twisted Sister, Deftones and Motorhead leading the three-day music weekend lineup.

Aaron Lewis is NOT a big fan of Country singer Tyler Farr hit “Redneck Crazy”. Aaron says “Redneck Crazy is an attack on women”. He says the song is about a crazy ex-boyfriend who stalks and threatens his ex-girlfriend, and being a Father of 2 girls, he’s got a problem with that.

Godsmack have always been vocal about how much of an influence Pantera had on their career and so it seemed only fitting that when the 2012 Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival rolled into Pantera’s home state of Texas that the band would pay homage to them at some point during the night.

When conditions deteriorate at shows, sometimes it can be a bit of a free-for-all, and that’s what happened in Little Rock, Ark., this past Saturday (Aug. 18) at Edgefest VIII, when several fans took advantage of the rain-soaked ground from earlier in the day and started tossing mud clumps at the acts playing onstage.

  Staind vocalist Aaron Lewis will host a charity golf tournament in Bernardson, Mass., on Saturday, Aug. 11. The inaugural Aaron Lewis Invitational Charity Golf Tournament will be held at the Crumpin-Fox Golf Club. Lewis and his wife Vanessa started the It Takes a Community Foundation, and proceeds from this tournament will benefit the R.H. Conwell Community Education Center in Worthington, Mass.

It’s hard to believe that throughout their 17-year career together, Staind have never released an official live disc, but all that changes this summer when ‘Live From Mohegan Sun’ makes its debut in several formats. The CD version will be available on July 10 followed by the DVD/Blu-ray out on Aug. 14.
