System of a Down played one show and one show only in North America this year. It happened two nights ago (July 29th) at California's Hollywood Bowl. At the end of their set, drummer John Dolmayan made a very special promise to the fans. Keep reading for more info!

System of a Down went on hiatus a couple of years ago, but as we announced before, they're back to touring again. When they announced some dates late last year, they left out U.S. dates and only told us about European dates. Here are some supposed leaked U.S. dates from Metal Injection, with what I would assume would be more to come. We'll keep you posted as they come in!
