Everyone loves a good crazy person interrupting news reporters. This is one of the best ones I've seen in awhile! This crazy spitting woman interrupts this news reporter, gives her permission to use the footage of her if they feel the need, and announces that if you go to Chicago, you get a cold! I know some folks who feel just like this when they get as close to the Police Dept as she is. Reporter Joyce Evans has apparently had quite enough of being in the field.

I can't stop laughing at this, and I really don't know why. It almost seems too perfectly timed. Apparently no one told this new reporter that mics can pick up guns just as well as voices. FAIL!
