LAFAYETTE, La. (KPEL)—The 12th R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl marks the third consecutive year the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns make an appearance, and attendance numbers are expected to break another record Saturday when the Cajuns take on Tulane’s Green Wave.

For the third year in a row, the UL Ragin' Cajuns football team will be playing in the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This year's opponent is, of course, the Tulane Green Wave.

As Louisiana Ragin' Cajun quarterback Terrance Broadway continues to recover from a broken arm, he's keeping the door open for potentially playing this Saturday in the R&L Carrier's New Orleans Bowl. I caught up with last year's NOLA Bowl MVP to discuss his status, how he's helping his fellow QBs on the roster, what it feels like to be left off the All Sun Belt Conference teams, and much more.

Louisiana Ragin' Cajun head coach Mark Hudspeth and his 8-4 football team departed for New Orleans today, preparing to play the Tulane Green Wave Saturday in the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl.
