The Louisiana State Police Troop I, with the help of the Lafayette Police Department, has announced plans to conduct an impaired driving checkpoint. The primary objective of this initiative is to identify and apprehend impaired drivers before they pose a threat to themselves or others on the road.

In this video the couple that was pulled over by an LAPD officer was told they were free to go. When the officer asks where they're heading, and the guy asks if he's being detained, the officer gets rather snappy with him and proceeds to curse him out and more.
