Janay Palmer, the wife of former Baltimore Ravens star Ray Rice, has spoken out about the video that showed Rice knocking her unconscious, and his being let go.

UPDATE: In light of the release of this chilling video, the Baltimore Ravens have terminated their contract with Rice and he has been suspended indefinitely by the NFL. The team has not made an official statement after terminating his contract.
