interstate 14

There have been rumblings of a new Interstate Highway for Louisiana. Where will it go and when will it be built?

The Interstate earned funding as the "Ports and Forts" highway but so far the roadway which would bisect central Louisiana remains on the drawing board.

Obviously, having a major interstate running through Central Louisiana would be a really good thing for that part of the State.
