On Thursday, the management of Louisiana's newest professional hockey team proudly unveiled their official name as the Baton Rouge Zydeco, igniting a wave of mixed reactions within the community.

In any sport, when the referee blows his whistle, you stop playing. Well, apparently this kid in this amateur ice hockey game didn't get that memo. Watch as he tries to deliver a cheap shot to an opposing player after the referee had already blown the whistle and witness karma in it's true form!

I have seen some pretty impressive penalty shots in ice hockey, but this one has to be the craziest one I have even seen with my eye. During Sunday's KHL all-star game, Jori Lehterä was given a penalty shot against goalie Rastislav Staňa.
