It's Monday, so I'm gonna let the evening start off with a great waterslide fail! This woman should not be ahead of all these kids on the slippery stairs of this waterslide. She almost gets to the top, then she topples. Watch what happens in this video after the jump, or I should say, fall!

Fail videos never get old. Take this one for example. This guy tries to jump over the railing of a dock. It apparently does not go the way he intended it to. But he falls with style. I don't know whats the funnier fail, the actual dive or the music in the video. Some poor recorder player tries to play the 20th Century Fox fanfare theme. Fail after the jump!

It's known as one of the biggest firework fails lately. The San Diego 4th of July Fireworks Show didn't quite go as planned. All the fireworks all went off at once, making the show about 35 seconds long and brightening up the sky like sunlight! An inoperable big rig was being towed down this cliff-side road, when the tow truck driver pulled it too close to the edge and sent this rig and the tow truck rolling down the mountain. Amazingly, the big rig driver only suffered a broken arm...
