Unfortunately, here in South Louisiana, we have to wait until winter is almost over to get freezing temperatures. That is even if it gets that cold here. Watch this mindblowing video of a bubble freezing before your very eyes!
It's not news that the country is experiencing some pretty frigid weather at the moment. Some people have taken advantage of the freezing cold to conduct some experiments in the name of science -- like peeing into below-freezing air. Needless to say, the following is NSFW.

A Minnesota man decided since it is so cold with record low temperatures, that he would try an experiment. At the time of the experiment, the temperature was -20 degrees Fahrenheit with a wind chill of -48 degrees Fahrenheit. The experiment was to place a can of ginger ale outside and see what the sub-zero temperature would do to it. Watch and see what happens.
If you are complaining how cold it is here in Louisiana today, you would not be able to correctly function in Russia. Right now, in parts of Russia, the temperature gets as low as -41 degrees Fahrenheit. These guys boiled a tub of water and threw it over their balcony and it is so cold, that the boiling water turns to snow instantly. Watch the video here.
