Four men have been arrested by New York Police in the involvement of a BASE jump from One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan, New York City.

First off, let me tell you that BASE jumping is dangerous to begin with. So, adding a bicycle to the mix doesn't, by any means, make it safer. Take the guy in this video for example. He jumps from his bike after riding off of a cliff -- and it didn't end too well. But, he only suffered a few fractures and is gonna be okay. Watch his BIKE BASE jump gone bad below.

Felix Baumgartner recently broke the world record for highest and fastest free fall when he jumped from the edge of space. Baumgartner is also a BASE jumper, but he has never made a BASE jump like Russian extreme sports star Valery Rozov did recently.
