9/11 Memorial

A Lafayette man, Salvador Perez, 35, has been arrested for attaching cardboard images of two planes crashing into the 9/11 memorial downtown as well as a cardboard cut out of George Bush holding a wad of money and a remote control unit. He has been charged with criminal damage and trespassing. Keep reading for more info.

Two pieces of cardboard, depicting crashing planes, were placed on the 9/11 Memorial in Downtown Lafayette and Lafayette Police are investigating to find out who put this graffiti on the two beams which come from the World Trade Center.
