St. Mary’s Sheriff Looking for Man Who Robbed Amelia Business

St. Mary Sheriff's deputies are looking for the suspect in an armed robbery that happened on Saturday, December 19, around 6:40 p.m. at a business in Amelia.

According to a press release, the suspect was able to get away with merchandise and cash totaling over $5,000.00 after walking in with a small semi-automatic handgun. As you can see in the pictures above, the suspect was wearing a black jacket, black pants, a disposable face mask and a backpack with gray and blue accent colors.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the robbery.
