Drew Brees threw for 375 yards and three touchdowns to move the New Orleans Saints back into first place in the NFC South with a 31-15 win over the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in Chicago Monday night.

The Saints (6-8) lead the Carolina Panthers by 1/2 game and the Atlanta Falcons by one game with two games left.  The Saints and Falcons play this Sunday.

Brees' touchdown passes went for nine yards to Marquis Colston and eight and seven yards to Josh Hill.  Brees spread the wealth among eight receivers with Colston, Kenny Stills, Jimmy Graham and Pierre Thomas snagging five balls each.

Mark Ingram scored the other Saints touchdown on a 15 yard run.

The Saints' defense sacked Jay Cutler seven times and forced three turnovers.  New Orleans had a 24-0 lead before Chicago (5-9) got on the board in the fourth quarter on a touchdown pass from Cutler to Marquess Wilson.  Chicago got a cosmetic touchdown in the final minute on a seven yard pass from Cutler to Alshon Jeffrey.

The Saints outgained the Bears 443 yards to 278.
