Road Closures, Sandbag Information And More Due To Today’s Storms
Mother Nature got fired up a round 4:00am this morning with some serious rain, winds and hail all across Acadiana. We sure hope you and your family are safe. Not sure how this will all shake out, because it looks like rain for the rest of our Sunday. Below is a list of road closures and sandbag information we have at this time.
KATC says Crowley Police confirm several downed electric poles on 700 block of Oddfellows Road near Tower Road.
Chief K.P. Gibson says that Cleco is on scene. They are estimating about 4-5 hours weather permitting to fix.

LA 343 between LA 93 & LA 356 (Church Point area)

LA 182 @ Borel Drive
Lafayette Agencies:
Duson Police say heavy rains have caused localized street flooding on several streets including Hanks Road, B Robin Road and Toby Mouton Road which are closed to through traffic at this time.
Flooded roads and areas in the parish (from the Sheriff's Office):
Gendarme Road is impassable.
