No, your eyes are not deceiving you: a plane landed on Congress Street today.From what I gathered from Niki Thibodeaux Mello's post on Facebook today, the airplane belongs to Frank's Casing Crew, and was landing on Congress so that it could be part of a display for the LAGCOE show this week!
