Photos As Hurricane Isaac Moves Ashore In New Orleans, LA [Pictures]

South eastern Louisiana is beginning to see the effects of hurricane Isaac as the outer bands of the storm move ashore. The wind in New Orleans has been increasing throughout the day, and is causing quite a ruckus on Lake Pontchartrain. Steve Albritton of KATC TV3 was at the lake and snapped these pics of the first signs of the storm.
