After a Chicago Cubs game, Eddie Vedder grabbed a guitar, and started jamming with some kids outside of Wrigley Field.

Vedder is a huge Chicago Cubs fan. It seems he's often in attendance at every game he's able to make. He's thrown out the opening pitch, he's sang "Take Me Out To The Ballgame," he's even been in commercials for the Cubs.

After their win over the Mets on Thursday (9/14), he noticed two kids (a guitarist, and drummer) outside of Wrigley Field. He borrowed the guitar, and had an impromptu jam session with the drummer.

The two even played Pearl Jam's "Corduroy."

As evidenced in the video, most people probably didn't realize what they were witnessing. Thankfully, a couple of people did, and turned their cameras on to capture it for the rest of the world.
