Parts Of The Superdome Ceiling Fell Due To Noise From Saints Fans
After DeMario Davis' interception on the Rams first drive of the NFC Championship game, Saints fans were so loud that pieces of the Superdome actually fell!
Look, we're all still reeling after the non-call at the end of the game. But let's try and looks at something positive. Saints fans are loud. Like really really loud.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Dome field advantage is a thing. I've never seen a quarterback have to run all the way over to his receiver to tell him the play because it was so loud. Jared Goff had to do that. And his hands were over his ears the majority of the game so that he could hear the play call.
That being said, the Saints fans were so loud during the NFC Championship game that parts of the Superdome ceiling actually fell.
I'm proud of those boys. They played their hearts out. The Rams are a damn good football team. I wish it didn't come down to that call. The good news is that Drew Brees will be back next year. We'll have time to improve an already amazing team in the offseason. Who Dat?!
