Lafayette Police say the ex-girlfriend of a female victim, shot at the woman and another female victim Friday night in the 400 block of University Avenue. One of the women was shot in the arm and taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police have arrested the alleged shooter, 20-year-old Imani Arceneaux, who they say fired at her ex-girlfirend and the other woman at least 8 times while they sat in a car.

Detectives say while Arceneaux was arrested, they are still looking for 20-year-old Isis Livings in connection with the case.

Arceneaux was arrested on two counts of attempted second degree murder while Livings is wanted for two counts of principal to attempted 2nd degree murder.

Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Livings to call the Lafayette Police Department or Lafayette Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
