MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has been banned from Twitter for a second time after he attempted to use a new account to access the social media platform.

Lindell created a new account on Twitter on Sunday under the name @MikeJLindell.

However, the account was quickly blocked and removed.

Twitter said in a statement that Lindell’s new account was permanently suspended for violating its rules on ban evasion.

Lindell's original account was banned back in January of 2021 when Mike continued to spread the claim that Donald Trump won the 2020 U.S. Presidential election. At the time Twitter said that it decided to ban Lindell due to “repeated violations” of its civic integrity policy.

It is unclear if Mike Lindell thought that the ban had ended due to the fact that Elon Musk is in the process of acquiring Twitter for $44 billion. Elon has been very vocal about the fact that social media platforms, especially Twitter, should not be silencing people.

It is also unclear if Mike Lindell will be allowed to rejoin Twitter after the sale goes through.
