Christmas has come and gone and as we get ready to ring in the New Year, there is a sigh of relief that it's about to all be over. The Christmas season is wonderful, but let's face it, the holidays are very stressful.

As festive as the holidays can be, there is a point when we hit our limit with our families. A study conducted a few years ago suggests— that limit occurs at 2:13 P.M. on December 26th. The happiness that the family brings starts to deteriorate rapidly after 2:13 P.M. on December 26th.
