For those New Orleans Saints fans who follow former safety Steve Gleason's journey, as he battles with ALS, you are most likely familiar with his organization Team Gleason. Back in February, we posted a story about Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready running in a New Orleans marathon in support of Team Gleason.

McCready has been a friend of Steve Gleason ever since the two met backstage at a Pearl Jam concert. The New Orleans Saints just tweeted this photo of McCready wearing the 'Defend Team Gleason' t-shirt during Pearl Jam's performance on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon':
