Michael Phelps, the winningest Olympian of all time, has been arrested for an alleged DUI.

Maryland Transportation Authority say that Phelps was speeding excessively, as well as crossing double lane lines on I-95 in Baltimore at around 1:40AM Tuesday.

Authorities clocked Phelps at 84 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. After the officer pulled him over Phelps appeared to be under the influence. He was unable to pass a series of standard field sobriety tests.

Police say Phelps was cooperative throughout the process. He was later released.

This is Phelps second DUI, as he was arrested when he was 19, again in Maryland.
