A Wisconsin man was arrested after he threw a beer bottle toward a bartenders head when she changed the music in the bar from Black Sabbath to a Christmas song.

Officers arrived at Farm Tavern Bar in Madison, Wisconsin at around 4pm on Christmas Eve. They found that the suspect, Christopher Gamboeck, had left the bar.

After questioning many patrons, they found that 33-year-old Gamboeck appeared to be very intoxicated and violent.

After the bartender changed the music in the bar from Black Sabbath to a Christmas song, Gamboeck chugged his bottle of Budweiser, slamming it on the bar. He then threw a bottle in the direction of the female bartender's head after yelling expletives at her.

As he circled the bar with clenched fists, other patrons of the bar stopped his attempts at going behind the counter of the bar. His uncle eventually intervened and ushered him toward the door. That didn't stop Gamboeck from knocking down a Christmas tree, breaking a few delicate ornaments on the way out.

When officers arrived at his residence, Gamboeck rushed officers. He was then threatened with a Taser before being taken into custody.

Gamboeck is facing disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property charges.
