There's a reason that your tires have the maximum tire pressure that you're supposed to fill it up to. So things like this don't happen.

If you're not aware, most tires will have the Pounds per Square Inch (PSI) that your particular tires need written on the side of the tire. And most air pumps will allow you to put in the PSI so that it won't overfill.

This guy is lucky that a piece of that tire didn't hit him. I'm sure he's going to have some sort of permanent hearing loss though. I can't even imagine how loud that was for him.
